He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Harry and Leona Allen (Nevell); his son Frank Allen; and his brothers, Max and Ronnie Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Hoerner; his brother Dennis Allen (Angie Allen); his daughters, Tammy Clark (Mike) and Tina Evans (Daryl); and his grandsons, Shane Clark, Matthew Evans and Mark Evans. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren with 2 on the way, numerous nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family.
