He is survived by: his spouse Dawna Ruth Hoffman; his children, LeaAnn Swinney (Stan) of Poulsbo, WA, Jennifer Fernandez (Dean Hawe) of Graham, WA, Dan Nielsen (Dana) of Colville, WA and Brandon Nielsen (Sarah) of Spokane, WA; his grandchildren, Brionna, Mariah, Gaeven, Dur, Conner, Kira, Morgan, Eva, Tyler and Jayde; and his brother Gary Nielsen (Ronda) of Colville, WA.
