He was predeceased by : his parents, Lois A. Oaks and Arthur Green; and his sister Lois L. Kophamer. He is survived by : his wife Sandy Green; his siblings, Edward Green and Dr. Arlene Schlumbohm; his daughters, Heidi Green and Gretchen Pond (Eric Pond); his grandchildren, Brooke, Gaille and Nolan; and his great grandchild Kathleen B. Smith.
