It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cauleen Harper of Coupeville, Washington, born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Harper. She is survived by : her husband David; her son David Harper Jr.; her daughter-in-law Tannis Rhoton of Freeland, WA; her parent D'Annette Morris; her parent-in-law Iain Morris of Evans, GA; and her grandchildren, Emily and Bradley Morris.
