He is survived by : his wife Erika; his parents, JoAnn Juhl and Roy Juhl; his daughter Sara Myrick (Jeremy); his stepson Scott Wilson (Gussie); his grandchildren, Chloe and Aydan; his stepgrandson Elric; his siblings, Cathy Evans (Dennis), David and John; his nieces and nephews, Douglas, Robert, Taylor, Jennifer and Melanie; and also, Frank and Helmut Gruber. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
