Kenneth Rolfe Hill and Mildred Louise Hill (Pering); his brother Roger Hill (Paula Hill); his half-sister Jeanne Fredericks; his sister-in-law Gretchen Hill; his brother Kenneth Hill; and his significant other Karen Rothboeck. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
