We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2018, at the age of 93, Phyllis Kelly (Coupeville, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her daughter Robin L. Merenda Gautier (Bitsy). She is survived by : her parents, Harold W. Browne and Marjorie Browne (Booth); her children, Roni B. Almon (John) of Parker, CO, Scott Kelly (Carol) of Vance, SC and Steven M. Kelly (MaryAnn) of Pensacola, FL; and her son-in-law Robert H. Gautier of Bellingham, WA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
