He was predeceased by : his parents, Amos Matory Sr. and Verdell Matory; and his sister Vernell. He is survived by : his former life partner Lucille Phair; his children, Maurice Phair and Rachel Matory; his siblings, Tolena and Morris; and his daughter Vickie Hawkins. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, great grandchildren and his loving friends.
