He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry and Unamay. He is survived by: his wife Reena; his daughters, Nicole Smith (Dave) and Brittany Taylor (Dante); his stepchildren, Wayne and Toni Cruz (Dave); his siblings, Jeff Forshee (Jaylean) and Kathie Vandenekart (Mike); and his grandchildren, Weston, Riley, Myles, Baby Taylor, Josh and Jacob. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
