He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Nichols and Forrest Nichols (Nick); his brother Richard A. Nichols; his parents-in-law, Ocie and James Vincent; and his nephew Andrew Vincent.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Vincent; and his children, Marnye Woodrum (Casey) and Tiffanye Nichols Zsoka (Ken).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 East Ohio Street, Suite 500, Chicago, IL 6061.
