It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Winters of East Wenatchee, Washington, born in Wenatchee, Washington, who passed away on February 7, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Winters and Naoma Winters; and his father-in-law Jerry Wood. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wood; his children, Jessica Winters, Zackary Winters and Alex Winters; his brothers, Robert Winters, Kevin Winters (Jeri) and Jerry Winters (Denise); his mother-in-law Myrtle Wood; and his brothers-in-law, Glen Wood and Dan Wood (Cindy). He is also survived by three nephews and five nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Winters and Naoma Martin, and father-in-law, Jerry Wood. *Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there can only be a small, private memorial service.
