It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Duggan (East Wenatchee, Washington), who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norm Massie and Elma Massie. She is survived by: her husband Randy Duggan; her sons-in-law, Marcus and Darryl; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Grace, Hazel, Juniper and Bennett; her brother Donald Massie; and her sister-in-law Liz.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wenatchee Valley Senior Citizen Center.
