He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Higgins and Mary Higgins; and his brother Patrick. He is survived by: his daughter Catherine; his wife Roberta; his brothers, John (Marlis) and Dan Higgins; his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Scott (Devonne) and Joel (Becky); and his daughter Cathy (Pat). He is also survived by four other children; as well as nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
