He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Edwin Paige and Alma Hemingway Paige; and his siblings, Jerry, Larry, Melvin Paige (Margene) and Myrtle Juntunen.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Petram (Jordan), Kristin Munson (Jeff) and Brian Paige; his grandchildren, Anna Marie Munson, William Munson, Edward Munson, Nathaniel Petram and Rohin Petram; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Emily Iupeli; and his siblings, Vernon Paige (Suzan), Tom Paige (Sheryl), Betty Raymond, Gloria Paige, Sharon Paige and Patti Goudy (Gary). He is also survived by his wife and children.
As a proud survivor of breast cancer, the family requests any donations be made to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center or the University of Washington's Alzheimer's Disease Research Center.
