She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cates and Betty Cates (Monnin); and her sister Dorothey. She is survived by: her husband Paul Crossett of Ellensburg, WA.; her brothers, John Cates (Debi) of Bullhead City, AZ and Jeff Cates (Terri) of Spokane, WA; her half-sister Emma Ross; her children, Kristi Barnhart of Stanley, ND and Brian Benke (Becki Bell) of Ellensburg, WA.; her stepchildren, Sara Pendergrass (Tommy) of Aberdeen, WA and Jason Crossett of Tacoma, WA.; her grandchildren, Alex Winn of Deer Park, WA, Brittany Urie (Caleb) of Rangely, CO, Dalton Barnhart of Yelm, WA and Kayden Ruzicka of Cle Elum, WA.; her stepgrandchildren, Kailey and Jared Pendergrass of Aberdeen, WA.; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Barnhart and Hazen Urie. She is also survived by sisters in laws, brothers in laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Kiwanis Park N (Ellensburg, WA 98926).
