With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Irwin T. Lawson of Ellensburg, Washington, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Irwin left this world on May 1, 2025 at the age of 61, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Irwin leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Irwin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold (Elinor Lawson) and Jesus; his brother Kevin of Mary's River; his spouse Jean Lawson (Beiter); and his children, Thomas and Grace.

“I was good friends with Irwin at Sault Area High School. Lost touch with him after college and I'm very sad to hear the news. Irwin and I had a lot of fun summers waterskiing on the St. Marys river during the summers. Got to visit him once in California when he was living in Rancho Cucamonga. He arranged to take me on a plane ride with a friend and got tickets to a Lakers game when they had Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul Jabbar playing. Played Varsity football with him. Was a great friend.”
