He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alcide Balthazor Sr. and Freda Mary Vanek; his wife Michelle; his sisters, Eina and Dell Reyes; and his children, Raymond Lee Balthazor of Tonasket, Pamela Jean Neale of Anchorage-Alaska and Terry Balthazor of Ephrata. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and, nephews and nieces.
