He is survived by: his wife Dayna Rangel; his children, Destiny Rangel and Francisco Rangel-Hersel; his stepdaughters, Giavanna Chapman and Lily Gonzalez; his parents, Ma Teresa Salazar Canchola and Eliseo Rangel Pérez; and his sisters, Lupe and Adilene Rangel. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, chosen brothers.
