He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Shelby Walthall (Paulette) and Marla Walthall; and his sisters, Vada Moon, Bobbie Brown and Jana Kimball. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren.
