He was predeceased by: his sister Sandra; his stepsons, Cory Sampson and Chris Sampson (Diana); and his granddaughter Brittany Sampson. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Richard (Lynnette) and Nancy Neiman (Jeff); his brother Gary (Carrie); and his stepsons, Craig Sampson, Curt Sampson and Douglas McNall II (Patricia). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
