She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Hatch (Molly) and Donald Hatch Sr.; her husband Wilbur Prouty; her son Roger Wayne Charles; her siblings, Larry Hatch, Evelyn Cross, Donna Muir and Barbara Hatch; and her great grandchildren, Josiah James and Kristina Johnson.
She is survived by: her aunt Iris; her children, Diane Charles, Audrey Charles, Donald Charles and Mary Gates; and her sisters, Illene James (Chuck) and Cynie McGee (Max). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
