He is survived by: his wife Rachel Palm; his sister Sue Izard; his sister-in-law Jackie Palm; his children, Elaine Haga and Howard Palm; his stepchildren, Sherry Carswell (Jim) and Vance Robinson; and also Gayle Morgan (Ken). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County.
