He is survived by: his wife Marilyn L. Blair; and his children, James Blair, Michelle Blair Mezzone, Nicholas Blair, Tina Townsend Johnston, William Townsend, Ginger Dahl and Amanda White.
He also spent more than 20 years at the Everett Marina living on his beloved boat, the "Sea Me Now, on which he often sailed the Sound and the San Juan Islands. He will be missed by many. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital are appreciated.
