He is survived by: his parents, Hilke and Frances; his wife Noma; his sons, Jamey and Jason (Kerrie); his grandchildren, Michael, Randi and Wyatt; and his siblings, Clare (Richard), Leone (George), Kay, Sharon (Gary) and Dale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
