She was predeceased by: her parents, Chet Moore and Meredith Moore; and her mother-in-law Jackie Burt. She is survived by: her brothers, Chuck Moore and Greg Moore; her husband Gary; her children, Bradley Burt (Tracey), Brittany and Bayley; and her grandchildren, Keegan, Taylor, Reighlee, Harper, Lorelei and Cameron. She is also survived by her grandkids, camping with family and friends, traveling with her husband, hanging with her friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Providence Cancer Center.
