He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Laurie, Dan and Cindy; his children-in-law, Cindy and David; and his grandchildren, Josh, Derek, Carly Jane and Axel Edward. He is also survived by child who grew up very dear to his parents, his many Swedish aunts and uncles and his dear cousins.
