We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2021, at the age of 79, Lynne Colleen Manning (Everett, Washington), born in Pasco, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Verne Foraker and Dorothy Foraker; her siblings, Allen and Molly; and her pet Nigel.

She is survived by: her children, Mark and Angela; her pet Penny Lane of Seattle; her sister Lois; and her sister-in-law Nancy Manning Jones. She is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date once COVID restrictions are lifted.

In lieu of flowers, please honor Colleen's memory through a random act of kindness.
