He was predeceased by: his wife Esme Schneider; his son Philip L. Schneider; and his grandson James Young. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Carpenter, Marie Schenk and Martin Schneider; his grandchildren, Robin Schneider, Jason Young, Zachary Schneider (Chanda), Jeremy Young (Randi Lee), Trevor Schneider, Skylar Schenk and Brent Schenk; and his great grandchildren, Jakob, Niko, Camden, Benjamin and Robert Young. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
