He is survived by: his wife Ilene Louise Klett of Cedarhome; his children, Kevin, David, Laurie and Jim; his brothers, Harry and William Armintrout; his grandchildren, Katie Armintrout, Daniel Linoff-Harpham and Jamie Armintrout; his daughter-in-law Renee Armintrout; his grandchildren, Trisha and Nathan Sorenson; his great grandchildren, Natalyn Ray and Brexton David; his granddaughter Amy; his son-in-law Steve Scott; his grandchildren, Stefanie and Brandon Gale; his great grandchildren, Elliott Scott and Elsa Jo; his grandchildren, Tyler, Alea and Kiera; his sisters-in-law, Roxie Klett, Carrol Klett and Joanne Armintrout; and also, Monica Armintrout, Camille Rose and Pep Armintrout. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
