She was predeceased by: her spouse Arthur J. Carter Sr. She is survived by: her children, Arthur J. Carter Jr of Kearns, UT., Janis Burke of Kearns, UT., Earl Carter of Kearns, UT. and Rebecca Ortiz Calderon of Kearns, UT.; and her parent Earl Carter.
