She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Mae and Fred Warren Billings; her spouse Michael Owen Rinehart; and her sister Fredda Rowan of Tennessee. She is survived by: her children, Michael O. Rinehart Jr. and Sandra R. Smith of Burleson; and her granddaughter Alexis Rinehart of Vancouver, WA.
