He is survived by: his mother Donna Myatt; his wife Connie; his son Corey Sousa; his grandsons, Hendrix and Axton Sousa; his siblings, Judy Segel (Patrick Crowley) and Chad Rapp; and his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Bolt and Patricia Vikesland (Steve Vikesland). He is also survived by numerous nieces, grandnieces and grandnephews.
