He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Collins and Eunice Collins; his wife Sheryl Beede Collins; and his siblings, Annette E. Mathias, Bonnie Jean Harris, Allen Belcher and Ken Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Jason (Theresa), Melissa (Tristan), Jimmy, Troy (Robin) and Travis; his grandchildren, Trevor, Holli, Haylee, Hannah, Kennedy, Lily, Logan and Orion; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Leila, Giovanni, Elias and Gianna; and his siblings, Lavern Cole and Tom Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
