He was predeceased by : his mother Tommie Williams; and his brother Herold. He is survived by : his granddaughter Nyah; his son Tevin Howard; his sisters, Vera Williams of Tacoma and Darlene; his son David Williams; his grandchild Tevin Williams (Frankie) of Bellingham; and his niece Nikole. He is also survived by friends and family.
