We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Darl Nelson (Fort Lewis, Washington), born in Marion, Indiana. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Darl Nelson to show support.

He was predeceased by : his son Karl Nelson; his parents, Arthur Nelson and Doris Mauger; and his brothers, William Nelson, Keith Nelson and James Nelson.

He is survived by : his former life partner Elaine Nelson (Cheesman); his wife Christine Nelson; his daughters, Lorelei Carlander (Peter), Christine Marsh (Tim), Karen Rasmussen (Richard), Kathryn Weiss (David), Mary Ritzema (Elliot) and Sarah Holewinski (Ryan); his brother Larry Nelson; and also Erickson Nelson. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nephews and nieces, in-laws, and many relatives and friends.

Darl Dean Nelson died on July 21, 2018 at Whatcom Hospice House following a long battle with Alzheimer's.
