He was predeceased by: his parent Felisa Basa. He is survived by: his wife Susan Groszek Baza; his sons, Brandon Baza and Nathan Baza; and his sisters, Elizabeth Baza Barge (Tony Barge), Dorothy Baza Post, Vivian Baza Iriarte, Lillian Baza and Jessica Baza. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
