She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard "Bernie" Mohs; her former husband Walter Gustanski; her daughter Jodi Michelle Wardell (Gustanski); her parents, Vallie Julius Carlson and Igerna Carlson (Baker); and her siblings, Deanna Carlson and Val James Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Julie Ann Gustanski of Gig Harbor, WA and Chris Gustanski (Amie) of Maple Grove, MN; her son-in-law Bill Wardell of North St; her stepsons, Randy Mohs (Linda), Bryan Mohs (Sherry) and Jeffrey Mohs (Cheryl); and her grandchildren, Jordan Wardell (Jayme), Whitney Wardell, Ariel Gustanski (Christopher Barker), Dalton Wardell and Franni Gustanski. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, many relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Breast Cancer Foundation, causes close to her heart.
