He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edith Mae (Slusser) and Burrel Alvin Washburn; his wife Joyce Finn; his sisters, Bernie Lou Swartwart of Anderson and Debera Buche of Papillon, Nebraska; and his children, Charles Washburn of Buckeye, Neil Jones of Tucson, Darlene Morrow of Prosser, Dennis Washburn of Vancouver and Thomas Washburn of Goldendale. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
