Bakker; his former life partner Janet Lee Keller; his wife Jan Bakker of Goldendale; his children, Elysia Bakker of Goldendale, Haylie Bakker of Goldendale, Benjamin Bakker of Vancouver, Washington and Holly Bakker of Portland, Oregon; his stepson Bradley Gloyd of Washougal, Washington; and his siblings, Lurae Bakker, Cynthia Eayrs, Terri Keever, Mark Bakker, CeciliaAnne Baker (Cissi), Micheal Bakker and Shari Bakker. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
