He was predeceased by : his parents, Laura DeVore and Frank DeVore; and his siblings, Dick Hobaugh, Jim Hobaugh, DeVore Hobaugh, Frankie Hobaugh and Nita Dunayski.

He is survived by : his wife Linda; his son John; his daughter-in-law Sheri; and his grandchildren, Katie and Nathan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
