She is survived by : her husband Jim; her children, Jimmy Chase (Elyce), John Chase (Katrina), Jason Chase (Kelly) and Jeanne Tomer (Joe); and her sister Beverly. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; one great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
