He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Irving J. Haugan and Velma C. Haugan (Patterson); his daughters, Debbie Gregg (Chris) of Hoquiam and Bonnie Sweem (Randall) of Spanaway; his grandchildren, Christina Bosse (Jason) of Lake Stevens, Britney Conant (Joe) of Graham, Crystal Gregg of Hoquiam and Cassidy Gregg of Hoquiam; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Bosse, Charlotte Bosse, Jaxon Conant and Paisley Conant.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
