It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Quintanilla (Issaquah, Washington), who passed away on April 21, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Georgia Reese (O'Neal) and Lloyd A. Reese; and her sisters, Peggy, Betty and Sue.

She is survived by : her children, Carlos, Luis (Christina), Patricia Elmore (John) and Adrian; and her sisters, Thelma and Billie of Azle, TX.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Vannie E. Cook Jr. Cancer Foundation, Inc.
