He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rick and Tammy. He is survived by: his wife Dotty Rickards; his mother Jeanne Smith; his stepfather Robin Smith; his brother Troy (Christen); his children, Ricki and Nathan; his grandson Andrew; his brother Mark (Ashlie); his son Mathew; his brother Steven; his sons, Seth, Tysin and Reese; and his pet Smokey.
