She is survived by: her husband Steven Adams; her children, Tobias Adams, Andrew Perkins, Phillip Anderson and Samantha Adams; her grandson Jayce Adams; and her siblings, Bob Loomis, Don Loomis, Jake Loomis, Tim Perkins, Sibyl Perkins, Veronica Loomis and Crystal Perkins.
