She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Norman and Juanita Baird Norman; and her sister Rose Marie Glatt (Dean). She is survived by: her husband James Garland; her children, Cathy Hills (George) and Dan Garland; her siblings, Jim Norman (Charlotte), Bernice Spicer (Derald) and Marlene McCary (Sister); her grandchildren, Travis, Zachary, Danielle, Ashley and Chelsea; and her great grandchildren, Talissa and Zane.
