We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2024, at the age of 97, Shirley Irene VanNostrand (Kennewick, Washington), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Sanborn and Martha Pett Sanborn Bolene; her siblings, Maurice and Joyce; her former life partner Clifton Irving Wilson; and her sons, Clifton I. Wilson, Jr. and Darrell W. Wilson.

She is survived by : her children, Steven R. Wilson (Sharon Lowe), Mark A. Wilson, Sandy E. Wilson, Martha M. Sanborn (Staci Sanborn), Kimberly A. Safford (Rick Safford) and Shelley J. Butler (Alan Butler); and her family, Karen, Marilyn, Darla, Tom and Cheryl. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
