He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Mensinger and Alice M. Mensinger (Blumer); his brother Joseph J.; his sister-in-law Patricia D. Mensinger (Ferguson); his sister Dolores J.; his siblings-in-law, Wilbur E. Conrad and Marilyn L. Mensinger (Halteman); and his great-nephews, Sean A. Worland and Christopher J. Huff.
He is survived by: his wife Maura F. Mensinger; his daughters, Gretchen M. Hanson (Tony H.) and Heidi M. Mensinger (John F. Reisenauer III); his grandson Baron Henry Hanson; his siblings, Ronald L. Mensinger and Ida C. Canady (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Timothy G. Sexton (Deborah R.), Terence J. Sexton (Julie M.) and Teresa I. Sexton; and his nephew Michael J. Mensinger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and several life-long friends.
