He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clark and Bessie Carroll (Clement); his children, Jim Larkin, Sharon Bogle and Roy Larkin; and his siblings, Edward Carroll and Anna M. Carrol.

He is survived by: his wife Betty O'Connor; his stepson Albert; his daughter-in-law Terri; his granddaughter Shaylene; and his children, Deanna Pennington (Terry), Julie Bird, Steve Carroll (Terri) and Jason Shelley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
