She was predeceased by: her father Alphonso Lopez. She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Hancock Berge; her children, Jerry Berge of Kittitas and Elizabeth; her siblings, Matthew Van Wagoner of Lake Stevens and Ashley McIntosh of Medford Oregon; her stepsisters, Dorna "Lopez" Faulkner of Utah, Shelby Cook (Ken) of Stanwood and Eddie Lopez of Denver; and her nieces and nephews, Eden Collins (Brett) of Ellensburg, Austin Wells, Colby Gibson of Stanwood and Slade Dimit of North Dakota. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
